PROMOTION
HOW TO ENTER
1. Purchase any specially marked pack of Sanitarium Granola Clusters* from any participating store in Australia during the promotional period. (*Promotion excludes Sanitarium Granola Clusters 115g and 50g sample packs).
2. For the chance to WIN your choice of a 5 Star Breakfast, log onto www.granolaclusters.com.au / www.fivestarbreakfast.com.au during the promotional period and follow the prompts to the Promotion entry form, then enter the following information: your name, your email address, your postal address, your contact phone number, product barcode and in 25 words or less, write your own review of Granola clusters that rates it as 5 star! There is 1 x 5 Star Breakfast Experience Package to be won every week for 20 weeks.
3. Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 01.02.08. There will be 20 rounds of judging. Entries close at 11:59pm AEST (or AEDST as the case requires, depending on Sydney Local Time) on the day prior to each round, with entries for the final round closing at 11:59pm AEDST on 20.06.08. Each round of judging will commence at 12.00pm AEST (or AEDST as the case requires, depending on Sydney Local Time) on the following dates: 08.02.08, 15.02.08, 22.02.08, 29.02.08, 07.03.08, 14.03.08, 20.03.08, 28.03.08, 04.04.08, 11.04.08, 18.04.08, 24.04.08, 02.05.08, 09.05.08, 16.05.08, 23.05.08, 30.05.08, 06.06.08, 13.06.08 and 23.06.08.
4. Weekly winners will be selected from all entries received based on the judging criteria of creativity and originality (there will be an equal weighting of each). The weekly winner will win their choice of one of 12, 5 Star Breakfast Experience Packages (20 packages to be won in total).
A PHOTOCOPY OF YOUR PURCHASE RECEIPT MUST BE RETAINED TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE.
WEB ENTRY DETAILS
Each entry must be supplied with a valid email address. Web entries are limited to a maximum of one entry per person per day. Winners will be notified via the entered email address to advise them of their win.
Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used. Any contact details incorrectly entered on the website may invalidate the relevant entry, in the Promoter's discretion.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on How To Enter, Web Entry Details and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms of Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia who are 18 years or older and who have a valid email address. Employees and their immediate families of The Promoter, its related companies, participating retailers and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
5. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit and originality of the answer provided.
6. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; (b) each entry must be substantially unique; (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (d) a maximum of 1 entry per person per day is permitted.

Non-winning entries in each round will be entered into subsequent rounds..
8. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Prize Pool: In each round of judging, the best valid entry as determined by the judges will each win the prize of their choice of 1 of 12, 5 Star Breakfast Experience Packages valued at up to $1000 each. The 12 choices are as follows:

Prize packages will vary from location to location both in terms of inclusions and the suppliers responsible for running the experience on the day. Accommodation (other than that specified), spending money, additional taxes, insurance, transfers, meals (other than those specified), beverages, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, travel to a prize location, costs associated with prize attendance and all other ancillary costs (unless specified) are the responsibility of the winners. Prizes are subject to availability and must be taken before 30.11.08. Prizes cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays or peak periods. Prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. In the event that a winner does not take a prize by the time specified by the Promoter, the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
10. As a condition of accepting a prize, winners (and any companion/s) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter / Prize Supplier / organisers in their absolute discretion including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
11. Total prize pool is valued at up to AUD$20,000.
12. Entrants must retain a photocopy of their purchase receipt(s) for ALL entries submitted. The provisional winner will be contacted by the Promoter and required to send the photocopy of their purchase receipt/s to a Reply Paid address (as nominated by the Promoters in its absolute discretion) in order to validate ALL their entries and claim their prize. The Promoters recommend that provisional winners send their purchase receipt via registered post; however, this is not a condition of claiming a prize. The Promoter reserves the right to request a prize winner to provide proof of age, identity, and residency prior to awarding a prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If a provisional winner cannot provide the required proof of purchase as set out in this condition, he/she forfeits all prize entitlements and the prize will be awarded to the entrant whose valid entry is next selected and who meets the requirements of this Condition.
13. Unless expressly stated within these Terms and Conditions, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
14. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
15. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
16. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
17. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
18. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; and (f) taking the prize.
20. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Unless otherwise advised, the Promoter may also use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
21. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
